Find hidden revenues in your business

This is one of our most popular workshops! With this workshop you will discover new areas of revenues, improvements to be made, areas at risk, and aligning your sales and marketing teams to achieve greater results and teamwork. Best of all, after the workshop all of this will be done! No extra work for you. We will work with you side by side and at the end of the workshop you will walk away with an actionable plan of attack. It's just that easy!

Sample outcome

During the workshop we will identify:

- Unnecessary strengths
- Irrelevant efforts
- Key weaknesses
- Key strengths
- Develop an actionable plan of attack
- Creating a fun, empowering work place

Sample of the outcome
On the left you will see an example of the outcome from a workshop.

You will also learn how to prioritize these into categories so that you know what you need to focus on to maximize your short and long term ROI. The objective is to align your teams and business strategy to succeed and for you to compete better.

Who should be present?
Members of your sales, marketing, operations, and development teams should be present. To maximize the outcome of this workshop you need the right people in the room, which allows us to open up the floor to a great brainstorming session. Everyone will be able to speak up, share ideas and issues and the facilitator will lead the group to keep everyone on track.

This workshop is fun. It's exciting. It makes people co-operate and feel motivated to achieve better results. People will walk out of the workshop feeling empowered. Empowerment is very important when creating a great work environment. The direct result for your business is obvious isnt' it? A happy workforce will satisfy your customers even better.

This workshop is divided into 3 modules:

Step 1: Only employees. No executives allowed.

The first 2 hours no directors or executives are allowed. We have discovered that by not including high level executives, people are more open to speak up and really share their opinions and views on the business. You have to remember that what is important is the outcome of this workshop; identifying your effectiveness versus the importance of the business and what yields the greatest return on investment. All the data is collected and organized into a “Priority Quadrant”.

Step 2: Only executives. No employees allowed.

In the second step we involve the executives with the same exercise. You will notice how different the executives will view the business versus the employees' view. All the data is collected and organized into a “Priority Quadrant”.

Step 3: Summary and Solutions. Both employees and executives together.

In this step we get everyone together and show the different results from each group. There will be discrepancies in the data based on people's views and understandings. This is perfectly acceptable and since executives and employees are together in one room it is our job, the facilitator, to explain why certain business tasks are viewed in a certain way and where it is placed in the Priority Quadrant. People will still be anonymous. We will then make sure that everyone agrees as to why a certain business task is where it is, or if it should be somewhere else? It's an open discussion.

An example: "Order fulfillment"

Step 1 - Employees only:
Employees think that the company's order fulfillment is very important for the business but is highly ineffective. Why?

Step 2 - Executives only:
The executives also believe that the order fulfillment is important but they view the process as very effective. Why do they believe this?

Step 3 - Summary and Solutions - both parties together:
So we have two groups of people, both believe order fulfillment is important but they disagree on how effective it is.

The outcome of this workshop is we will help you align your teams for maximal efficiency, address problems, prioritize these into three categories so that you know what you need to focus on that will maximize your ROI both in the long term and short term. As said before, you have to remember the importance of this workshop; identifying your effectiveness versus the importance of the business and what yields the greatest return on investment and enabling all your teams to work together more efficiently.
